The start of the wrestling contests of the southern zone & the end of the northern zone in Kabul

The contests were held in the 2,500 capacity gymnasium of the Directorate General of Physical Training and Sports between 200 different versions of four categories (minorities, new youths, youths and adults), wrestlers from the southern zone, on the other hand contests between 800 wrestlers from the northern zone has ended.

The essential purpose of these contests were to pinpoint and hand-picked quality contestants for the national team in which 160 were nominated.

The exhibition of these contests were witnessed by sports officials, hundreds of spectators and sports enthusiasts.
