The Lackano Volleyball Ramadan Cup has started in Khost province

The Ramadan Cup between 30 teams has been started by the youth of Lackano in coordination of Physical Training & Sports directorate, along with Volleyball Federation of Khost Province.

The tribal leaders, sports enthusiasts, head of the physical training and influential figures were available in the opening ceremony of this cup which was held in the Ayub Khel region of the Lackano district.

The definitive purpose of this cup is to generate the atmosphere of brotherhood, tranquility and genuineness. The initial match was held between Kabul and Khost Faizo teams; as a result, Kabul defeated its rival team by 3-2 and won its first victory.

It should not be forgotten that 25 teams from Khost province, along with teams from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (formerly known as NWFP), Bano, Kabul, Paktia and Maidan Wardak will participate in this cup, which will continue until the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
