چهارمين دوره رقابتهای تكواندو جام گل ارغواندر بخش مبارزه و نخستين دوره رقابتهاي جام گل ارغوان در بخش پومسه در ولايت پروان میان ۱۵۰ ورزشکار برگزار شد.
در این مسابقات ورزشکاران از ولایت های کابل ، پروان، غزنی، کندز ، بغلان ، نورستان و پروان اشتراک نموده بودند.
