رقابتهای قوت الرمی یا دفاع شخصی از سوی نمایندگی این فدراسیون در ولایت بلخ با همکاری ریاست تربیت بدنی و ورزش در باشگاه ورزشی همراز برگزار شده بود به پایان رسید.
در این مسابقات ۷۰ ورزشکار در سه کتگوری نوجوانان ، جوانان و بزرگسالان در وزن های مختلف از ۳۵ الی ۸۵ کیلو گرام اشتراک نموده بودند و به مدت یک روز باهم رقابت نمودند.
در ختم مسابقات ۱۳ ورزشکار برتر منحیث بهترین بازیکن شناخته شدند.
