رقابتهای والیبال از طرف نمایندگی فدراسیون این رشته با همکاری ریاست تربیت بدنی و ورزش ولایت کندز میان ۷ تیم از مربوطات مرکز و قریه جات ولسوالی گلتپه این ولایت برای مدت یک شب دایر گردید.
در انجام این پیکارها از میان تیمهای اشتراک کننده تیم دولت مزاری با بدست آوردن ۳۱ امتیاز مقام اول و تیم منتخب ولسوالی گلتپه ( الف ) با کسب ۲۵ امتیاز مقام دوم را از آن خود نمودند.
