مسابقات منتخب بایسکل رانی با اشتراک ۲۵ تن در رشته جاده از سوی نمایندگی فدراسیون ملی این رشته درهمکاری با آمریت تربیت بدنی و ورزش ولایت هرات، از بند پاشدان تا بند سبزک این ولایت رکاب زدند.
این رقابت ها در کتگوری سنی جوانان و بزرگسالان برگزار شد که در نتیجه؛ ۱۰ تن به تیم منتخب این ولایت گزیده شدند.
هدف از برگزاری این رقابت ها شناسایی چهره هایی برتر بوده که یک روز ادامه داشت.
