رقابتهای فوتسال انستیتوت لقمان حکیم با حضور ۸ تیم از سوی فدراسیون اين رشته در همکاری با امریت تربیت بدنی و ورزش ولایت سمنگان، در مرکز شهر ایبک به پایان رسید.
در دیدار نهایی این رقابت ها تیم سمستر چهارم نرسنگ به تفاوت ۶-۲ گول تیم سمستر دوم نرسنگ را شکست داد و قهرمان شد.
این رقابتها به هدف ترویج فرهنگ ورزش و تشویق جوانان به فعالیتهای ورزشی، در مدت دو هفته برگزار شد.
