رقابت های والیبال با اشتراک ۶ تیم از سوی نمایندگی فدراسیون ملی والیبال در همکاری با آمریت تربیت بدنی و ورزش ولایت پروان، در ولسوالی جبل السراج پایان یافت.
در دیدار نهایی این رقابت ها تیم جوانان جبل السراج به تفاوت ۳-۲ میدان تیم ستاره سرخ جبل السراج را شکست داد و قهرمانی را از آن خود کرد.
این رقابت ها به هدف رشد والیبال و اتحاد جوانان، به مدت دو هفته برگزار شد.
