هدف از این صعود ارتقای ظرفیت‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای کوهنوردان، ایجاد هماهنگی و انسجام میان تیم‌های کوهنوردی ولایت کابل و تشویق جوانان به‌کوه‌نوردی عنوان شده است.
