رقابت‌های فوتسال میان۲۴ تیم از طرف نمایندگی کمیته ملی فوتسال در همکاری با ریاست تربیت بدنی و ورزش ولایت بلخ، در شهر مزار شریف آغاز شد.
نخستین دیدار این رقابت ها با رویا روی تیم های افشار و تیم قلعه اجری صورت گرفت که در نتیجه؛ ۲- ۲ گول مساوی شدند.
