رقابت های لیگ الف فوتبال بین ده تیم در میدان ورزشی فرقه چهارده از سوی نمایندگی فدراسیون مربوطه با هماهنگی آمریت ورزشی ولایت غزنی دایر گردید.
در بازی افتتاحیه تیم فوتبال طلوع مقابل تیم شالیز به مصاف هم رفتند که درنتیجه تیم فوتبال طلوع توانست ۲/۱ حریف خودرا شکست دهند وبرنده بازی گردید.
هدف از برگزاری این مسابقات مشخص نمودن دوتیم و راهیابی آن به لیگ برتر ولایت غزنی میباشد.
