رقابتهای زیر ۱۶ و ۲۰ سال فوتسال تحت عنوان جام قلم از طرف نمایندگی فدراسیون فوتبال ولایت کاپیسا با همکاری آمریت تربیت بدنی و ورزش این ولایت میان ۱۸ تیم که از یک ماه به اینسو در مرکز این ولایت ادامه داشت، خاتمه یافت.
در انجام این پیکارها از کتگوری سنی ۱۶ سال تیم آریانا به مقام قهرمانی و از کتگوری سنی ۲۰ سال تیم آریانا ب مقام قهرمانی را از آن خود نمودند.
