مجتمع ورزشی الماس هوتک با هزینه ۵ ميليون افغانی توسط مجنون هوتک در همکاری با آمریت تربیت بدنی و ورزش ولایت بغلان، در ساحه باغ قهوه خانه شهر پلخمری افتتاح شد.
این مجتمع به هدف توسعه ورزش، فراهمسازی امکانات معیاری برای ورزشکاران و تشویق جوانان به فعالیتهای سالم ورزشی، با حضور مسئولان ورزشی و ورزشکاران افتتاح و بهرهبرداری شد.
