نمایندگی فدراسیون فولرزم در هماهنگی با آمریت تربیت بدنی و ورزش بغلان آزمون فنی ارتقای کمربند این رشته را از ۳۰ ورزشکار اخذ نمودند.
در این آزمون فنی ۱۵تن از ورزشکاران شرکت کننده با اجرای فورم ارتقا به کمربند زرد و ۱۵ تن دیگر به کمربند رنگ سبز ارتقا نمودند.
هدف از برگزاری این برنامه شناسایی چهره های برتر بوده است .
