نمایندگی فدراسیون والیبال در هماهنگی با آمریت تربیت بدنی ورزش ولایت پروان ، تورنمنت والیبال را بین ۱۰ تیم، در میدان ورزشی پوهنتون برگزار نموده بود، که با قهرمانی تیم اتحاد دوستان به پایان رسید.
در بازی فینال تیم اتحاد دوستان ۲/۳ توانست تیم عقابان را شکست دهند و عنوان قهرمانی را از آن خود نمایند.
هدف از برگزاری این مسابقات رشد و انکشاف ورزش والیبال بوده که دو هفته ادامه داشت.
