کوهنوردان ولایت هرات که متشکل از ده ورزشکار در تیم منتخب کوهنوردی این ولایت میباشد، از سوی نمایندگی فدراسیون این رشته با همکاری ریاست تربیت بدنی و ورزش ولایت هرات در سلسله کوه های خواجه ملاکوهی این ولایت صعود نمودند.
در این برنامه ورزشی کوهنوردان قله خواجه ملاکوهی را در ارتفاع ۱۶۰۰ متری برای مدت یک روز صعود نمودند، که در اخیر توسط مسئولان فدراسیون کوهنوردی مورد تشویق و تقدیر قرار گرفتند.
