رقابتهای دشت کشتی از طرف آمریت تربیت بدنی و ورزش ولایت تخار میان دوازده ورزشکار از مربوطات مرکز و ولسوالی های این ولایت برای مدت یک روز در شهر تالقان دایر گردید.
در انجام این بخت آزمایی ها از میان ورزشکاران اشتراک کننده جلال الدین با بیشترین امتیاز مقام اول و احمد ضیا مقام دوم را از آن خود نمودند.
هدف از برگزاری این مسابقات رشد و توسعه ورزش های محلی و عنعنوی میان ورزشکاران ولایت تخار عنوان گردیده است.
