هجدهمین دور جشنواره ورزشی فارغالتحصیلی پوهنتون ستاره نیلی از طرف رهبری پوهنتون ستاره نیلی با همکاری آمریت تربیت بدنی و ورزش ولایت دایکندی و با اشتراک ورزشکاران رشته ورزشی پانکریشن دایر گردید.
در این جشنواره ورزشکاران رشته ورزشی پانکریشن نمایشات ورزشی خود را انجام داده و این نمایشات به هدف ارایه معلومات در مورد ورزش برای جوانان برای مدت یک روز دایر گردیده بود.
