رقابت های پرتاب سنگ با اشتراک ۱۵ تن از سوی نمایندگی فدراسيون اين رشته با همکاری آمریت تربیت بدنی و ورزش ولايت تخار در چمن ورزشی شهر تالقان اين ولايت به مدت يک روز برگزار گردید.
در پایان اين رقابت ها دو تن از اشتراک کنندگان هر یک قیس الله صدیقی و وحیدالله توانستند مقام های اول و دوم را بدست بیاورند.
اين رقابت ها به هدف رشد ورزش های ملی و عنعنوی در اين ولايت برگزار شده بود.
