رقابت های والیبال با اشتراک ۶ تیم از سوی نمایندگی فدراسیون این رشته در همکاری با آمریت تربیت بدنی و ورزش ولایت جوزجان، در ناحیه دوم شهر شبرغان برگزار شد.
در دیدار نهایی این رقابت ها تیم نورگلیدی به تفاوت ۳- ۲ گول تیم ستاره جوزجان را شکست داد و قهرمان شد.
